CEO – Jim Bridges
A founder of PayRight Health Solutions, Bridges brings nearly twenty years of experience in all areas of health care to the PayRight Health Solutions team. Prior to starting PayRight Health Solutions, Bridges was SVP of the health care business unit at a leading health care and payments company.
Prior to that experience Bridges was VP Product Development & Marketing at Coventry Health Care, a Fortune 500 health insurance company. While at Coventry he developed consumer directed health care programs including wellness, disease management, and other patient focused health and welfare offerings.
Bridges has also served in executive business development and operations roles at CIGNA, Accenture, Humana, and PlanetRx. He holds both a BS Biology and Master of Health Care Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
COO – Elizabeth Cross Bridges
Elizabeth Bridges serves as the COO of PayRight and brings extensive strategic consulting and startup experience to the team. Previously Elizabeth was President and CFO of ChangeAddress.com, an internet based address management company and a Practice Director at the Wharton Small Business Development Center. She has also served as a strategy consultant with McKinsey and startup consultant USWeb/CKS.
Elizabeth has an undergraduate degree in Business and Economics from Emory University and an MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business.
CTO – Todd Rearden
Todd, a cofounder, has over 15 years of experience architecting and building enterprise‐class enabling technologies for Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to co-founding PayRight Health Solutions to lead the company’s technology organization, Todd was instrumental in the development and growth of two early stage startup organizations and the Consulting Manager for Magenic, a Chicago‐based, nationally recognized Microsoft solutions consulting firm. Todd has also held senior leadership and development positions at AON Corporation (NYSE: AOC) and Whittman-Hart Consulting.
Rearden holds a Masters degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
